The property should be situated in Mandal Head quarter.

The EMI should be paid monthly and the tenure of the loan is either 12 months or 24 months or 36 months.

​

Application fee of Rupees 200 and a processing fee of 1% on the loan amount is charged.

​

B Class membership fee Rupees 100 ( If  a person has membership in the Society, B Class fee is exempted).

Required Documents:

1. House or Open plot in Mandal Head quarter.

2. Government Value and EC from Sub-registrar.

3. Self Cheques.
